- 150 galmonds
pan-toasted
- 130 gdates
- 100 gmilk powder
- 80 gcoconut flour
- 1 tbspsyrup
Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey
- 140 mlwater
Instructions
Toast 150g almonds in a dry pan, then grind in a blender.
Blend 130g dates to a paste and combine with the ground almonds, 100g milk powder, 80g coconut flour and 1 tablespoon syrup.
Add 140ml water gradually and knead until the mass holds together.
Shape into bite-size pieces and chill in the fridge for at least .
Optional: coat with melted dark chocolate before serving.
