No-Bake 4-Ingredient Almond Coconut Bites

Chewy no-bake bites with toasted almonds, soft dates, milk powder and coconut flour. Optional dark chocolate coat makes them Christmas-ready in under an hour.

Ingredients

  • 150 galmonds

    pan-toasted

  • 130 gdates
  • 100 gmilk powder
  • 80 gcoconut flour
  • 1 tbspsyrup

    Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey

  • 140 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Toast 150g almonds in a dry pan, then grind in a blender.

  2. Blend 130g dates to a paste and combine with the ground almonds, 100g milk powder, 80g coconut flour and 1 tablespoon syrup.

  3. Add 140ml water gradually and knead until the mass holds together.

  4. Shape into bite-size pieces and chill in the fridge for at least .

  5. Optional: coat with melted dark chocolate before serving.
