Ingredients

  • 100 ghazelnuts

    pan-toasted and peeled

  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 150 graisins

    washed

Instructions

  1. Toast 100g hazelnuts in a dry pan, then peel them and grind lightly in a blender.

  2. Wash 150g raisins and grind them in the blender.

  3. Mix the ground hazelnuts with 1 tablespoon cocoa and the ground raisins until the mass holds together.

  4. Shape into bite-sized balls and chill in the fridge until firm before serving.
