Instructions
Whisk eggs with salt, milk, vanilla, melted butter and lemon zest.
Stir in flour and baking powder; fold in grated apples with lemon juice.
Butter the baking pan and pour in the batter.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 180 °C for 40-; cool in the pan before serving.
