- 30 galmonds
toasted, whole
- 100 gmilk powder
- 60 mlwater
- 160 gdark chocolate
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Toast the almonds in a dry pan.
Cook milk powder with water until thick; oil your hands and wrap each warm lump around an almond.
Chop the remaining almonds; melt chocolate with oil and combine.
Dip each candy in the chocolate and set in muffin forms; top with more chocolate.
Freeze to set.
