Ingredients

  • 30 galmonds

    toasted, whole

  • 100 gmilk powder
  • 60 mlwater
  • 160 gdark chocolate
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the almonds in a dry pan.

  2. Cook milk powder with water until thick; oil your hands and wrap each warm lump around an almond.

  3. Chop the remaining almonds; melt chocolate with oil and combine.

  4. Dip each candy in the chocolate and set in muffin forms; top with more chocolate.

  5. Freeze to set.
