  • 8 gbaking powder
  • dried cherries

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples and let the juice settle so the cake stays light.

  2. Beat the eggs until foamy, then fold in cocoa and baking powder.

  3. Stir in the grated apple and scrape the batter into an oiled cake tin.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 45- until the cake springs back.

  5. Cool and garnish with dried cherries before slicing.
