  • 1lemon
  • 1ginger root

    small piece

  • pinchbaking soda
  • water

Instructions

  1. Wash 1 cucumber and 1 lemon thoroughly. Peel a small piece of fresh ginger.

  2. Blend the cucumber, lemon and ginger with a pinch of baking soda and a little water until smooth.

  3. Strain if desired, dilute with 2-3 teaspoons per glass of water, and sip throughout the day.
