- 1lemon
- 1ginger root

- pinchbaking soda
- water
to fill
Instructions
Wash 1 cucumber and 1 lemon thoroughly. Peel a small piece of fresh ginger.
Blend the cucumber, lemon and ginger with a pinch of baking soda and a little water until smooth.
Strain if desired, dilute with 2-3 teaspoons per glass of water, and sip throughout the day.
