- 100 gpeanuts
pan-toasted
- 100 gdates
soaked in hot water, soft Iranian preferred
- 35 mlcoconut oil
- 100 gpeanut butter
- 100 gdark chocolate
melted
Instructions
Pan-toast 100g peanuts until golden.
Soak 100g dates in hot water, pit them and mash with a fork.
Stir the mashed dates with 35ml coconut oil and 100g peanut butter until smooth.
Press the toasted peanuts into a lined mould, cover with the peanut-date cream.
Melt 100g dark chocolate, pour over the filling and chill until the chocolate shell is set.
