Ingredients

  • 100 gpeanuts

    pan-toasted

  • 100 gdates

    soaked in hot water, soft Iranian preferred

  • 35 mlcoconut oil
  • 100 gpeanut butter
  • 100 gdark chocolate

    melted

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 100g peanuts until golden.

  2. Soak 100g dates in hot water, pit them and mash with a fork.

  3. Stir the mashed dates with 35ml coconut oil and 100g peanut butter until smooth.

  4. Press the toasted peanuts into a lined mould, cover with the peanut-date cream.

  5. Melt 100g dark chocolate, pour over the filling and chill until the chocolate shell is set.
