Instructions

  1. In a 22 cm form, layer sliced apples, cinnamon and sultanas; repeat.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt as a dry mixture; pour over the fruit layers.

  3. Top with cubed butter, cracked eggs and a tablespoon of sugar.

  4. Bake at 180 °C for 40- until set. Dust with powdered sugar.
