  • 170 gcoconut sugar

    blended to fine

  • 200 mlcoconut milk

    17-23% fat

  • 80 mlvegetable oil
  • 120 galmond flour
  • 100 ggluten-free flour
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • cherries

Instructions

  1. Blend 170g coconut sugar to a fine powder.

  2. Whisk the coconut sugar with 200ml coconut milk and 80ml vegetable oil.

  3. Combine 120g almond flour, 100g gluten-free flour, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  4. Fold the flour blend into the liquid in parts until smooth, then pour into a greased tray.

  5. Scatter cherries on top and bake at 180°C for 25-.
