Ingredients

  • 130 goats

    1 cup

  • 200 gyogurt

    1 glass

  • 1banana
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder
  • syrup

    a splash, sugar-free

  • 300 gfrozen cherries
  • 100 gdark chocolate

    sugar-free

  • 100 mlmilk

    for the glaze

  • almond slivers

    for decoration

Instructions

  1. Soak 130g oats in 200g yogurt for .

  2. Blend 1 banana with 2 tablespoons cocoa, the oats and a splash of sugar-free syrup into a smooth batter.

  3. Fold in 300g frozen cherries and pour into a greased silicone tin.

  4. Bake at 190°C for 40- until set.

  5. Melt 100g dark chocolate with 100ml milk for the glaze, pour over the cooled cake and decorate with almond slivers.
