Ingredients

  • 2bananas
  • 4eggs
  • 70 gcoconut flour
  • 50 gbuckwheat flour
  • 50 gcocoa powder
  • 15 gerythritol
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • coconut flakes

  • walnuts

Instructions

  1. Blend 2 bananas with 4 eggs until smooth.

  2. Whisk in 70g coconut flour, 50g buckwheat flour, 50g cocoa, 15g erythritol and 10g baking powder.

  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon olive oil and pour into an oiled 20cm tin.

  4. Top with coconut flakes and chopped walnuts.

  5. Bake at 180°C for until a skewer comes out clean.
