Ingredients

  • 240 gbananas

    ripe, mashed (about 3)

  • 120 grolled oats
  • 30 gdried apricots
  • 120 gcashews
  • 90 gdark chocolate
  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mash 3 bananas (about 240g) and mix with 120g rolled oats.

  2. Chop 30g dried apricots and grind 120g cashews in a blender, reserving a spoonful of the nuts for the topping. Stir everything into the banana-oat mixture.

  3. Grease a baking mold with vegetable oil, press the mixture in evenly, and bake for at 180°C. Cool completely.

  4. Melt 90g dark chocolate over a water bath, stir in the reserved cashews, drizzle over the bars and chill until the chocolate sets.
