  • 2bananas
  • 80 gcoconut flour
  • 250 mlyogurt
  • 30 gcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Puree 2 bananas in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add 80g coconut flour and 250ml yogurt; blend until fully combined.

  3. Mix in 30g coconut oil and stir until uniform.

  4. Grease a 20x13cm baking dish with oil and pour in the batter.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30-; cool before slicing.
