- 2bananas
- 80 gcoconut flour
- 250 mlyogurt
- 30 gcoconut oil
Instructions
Puree 2 bananas in a blender until smooth.
Add 80g coconut flour and 250ml yogurt; blend until fully combined.
Mix in 30g coconut oil and stir until uniform.
Grease a 20x13cm baking dish with oil and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 30-; cool before slicing.
