- 150 mlwarm milk
- 1banana
- 1egg
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 40 gcocoa powder
- 50 gdried cranberries
rinsed in boiling water
- 50 gdark chocolate

Instructions
Soak 120g oats in 150ml warm milk for .
Blend 1 banana into a puree with the soaked oats.
Stir in 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 40g cocoa until smooth.
Fold in 50g rinsed dried cranberries.
Pour into a greased tin and bake at 190°C for 40-.
Melt 50g dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk, pour over the cooled cake and top with coconut flakes.
