Flourless Banana Cocoa Baked Oatmeal Cake

Tender blended oat cake with two ripe bananas, cocoa, cinnamon and a spoon of maple syrup. Flour-free, dairy-free and baked right in the tin for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 120 goats
  • 2bananas
  • 250 mloat milk
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup

    or honey

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • pinchsalt
  • berries

    optional, for topping

  • chocolate

    optional, for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend 120g oats with 2 bananas and 250ml oat milk until smooth.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt, then blend again.

  3. Oil a baking tin and pour in the batter.

  4. Scatter berries and chopped chocolate over the top if desired.

  5. Bake at 200°C for until set and cool slightly before slicing.
