Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 60 mlwater
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 200 grye flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 60ml water and 1 teaspoon ground coriander.

  2. Stir in 200g rye flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a workable dough forms.

  3. Oil your hands, shape the dough into thick rolls and place them on a lined baking tray.

  4. Sprinkle extra coriander over the top and bake at 190°C for 25- until fragrant.

  5. Cool briefly — the rolls stay thick and filling, perfect sliced open for sandwiches.
