- 2eggs
- pinchsalt
- 60 mlwater
- 1 tspground coriander
- 200 grye flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- olive oil
for shaping
Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 60ml water and 1 teaspoon ground coriander.
Stir in 200g rye flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a workable dough forms.
Oil your hands, shape the dough into thick rolls and place them on a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle extra coriander over the top and bake at 190°C for 25- until fragrant.
Cool briefly — the rolls stay thick and filling, perfect sliced open for sandwiches.
