Ingredients

  • 200 gkefir

    or yogurt

  • 100 ggreen buckwheat flour
  • 50 gbrown rice flour
  • 10 gpotato starch
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 1egg
  • 15 gbutter
  • black sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Stir 200g kefir with 100g green buckwheat flour and 50g brown rice flour; rest in the fridge , piercing the surface.

  2. Add 10g potato starch and 1 teaspoon baking powder; stir in 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 egg and 15g butter.

  3. Transfer to a buttered loaf pan and top with black sesame.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool before slicing.
