Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 60 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 150 gdark chocolate
  • 200 gbananas

    from 2 bananas, baked at 200°C for 15 minutes

  • ½ tspagar-agar
  • 50 grice flour
  • 50 gdark chocolate

    extra, for the glaze

  • almonds

    grated, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 60g walnuts and bake 2 bananas at 200°C for to yield 200g baked banana.

  2. Blend the banana with 1/2 teaspoon agar-agar, bring to a boil and simmer .

  3. Stir in 150g chopped dark chocolate and 50g rice flour; simmer 1-.

  4. Fold in the walnuts and pour into a mould; chill until set.

  5. Melt 50g extra dark chocolate, pour over the cake and garnish with grated almonds.
