- 40 gwalnuts

- 40 ghazelnuts

- 40 gcashews

- 120 gdates
- 15 gchia seeds
- 15 gsesame seeds
pre-toasted
Instructions
Toast 40g walnuts, 40g hazelnuts and 40g cashews in a dry pan.
Blend 120g dates into a sticky paste.
Mix the date paste with the toasted nuts and shape into small round balls.
Roll each ball in a blend of 15g chia and 15g toasted sesame seeds.
Chill briefly or serve immediately.
