- 500 gcabbage
1/2 head, grated
- water
for boiling
- 1onion
- vegetable oil
for frying
- salt
- 2 tbspbreadcrumbs
- 4 tbspwheat flour
- 1egg
- oregano
to taste
Instructions
Grate 500g cabbage and simmer in water for 7-, then drain and cool.
Fry 1 diced onion in vegetable oil until golden and season with salt.
Mix the cooled cabbage and onion with 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons flour, 1 egg and a pinch of oregano.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Pan-fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned and cooked through.
