Ingredients

- 30 goats
- 60 gapplesauce
- 30 mloat milk
- 1egg
- 10 gcocoa powder
- 4 tsperythritol
3-4 teaspoons, or sugar
- 5 gbaking powder
- 15 gcashews
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Mix 30g oats with 60g applesauce, 30ml oat milk and 1 egg.
Stir in 10g cocoa, 3-4 teaspoons erythritol and 5g baking powder.
Fold in 15g chopped cashews.
Pour into oiled 10cm muffin moulds.
Bake at 180°C for and cool briefly.
