- 12 gbaking powder

- 80 mlvegetable oil

- 1 tbspcinnamon
- 200 gwalnuts
- 4apples
peeled, sliced
- 3 tbspcornstarch
Instructions
Soak raisins and apricots in hot water for 15-; drain.
Whip eggs with sugar; stir in flour, baking powder, vanilla and oil.
Toss apples with cornstarch, 100 g sugar and cinnamon.
In a 20x20 cm parchment-lined pan, layer half the batter, half the walnuts, apples, apricots and raisins, remaining batter, apples and walnuts.
Bake at 170 °C for . Cool before slicing.
