  • 100 gdried apricots

  • 100 graisins
  • 70 mlwater

    boiled

  • 4eggs
  • 100 gsugar
  • 220 gflour
  • 12 gbaking powder
  • vanilla
  • 80 mlvegetable oil
  • 100 gsugar

    for apples

  • 1 tbspcinnamon
  • 200 gwalnuts
  • 4apples

    peeled, sliced

  • 3 tbspcornstarch

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins and apricots in hot water for 15-; drain.

  2. Whip eggs with sugar; stir in flour, baking powder, vanilla and oil.

  3. Toss apples with cornstarch, 100 g sugar and cinnamon.

  4. In a 20x20 cm parchment-lined pan, layer half the batter, half the walnuts, apples, apricots and raisins, remaining batter, apples and walnuts.

  5. Bake at 170 °C for . Cool before slicing.
