- 150 mlmilk
- 20 gbutter
- 1egg yolk

- 1banana
ripe
- ¼ tspground ginger
- ½ tspground turmeric
- ½ tspground cinnamon
- 1 tsphoney
Instructions
Warm 150ml milk with 20g butter in a small saucepan until the butter melts.
Mash 1 ripe banana in a mug and whisk in 1 egg yolk.
Pour the warm milk-butter mixture into the mug while stirring, then add 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey.
Stir well and sip warm.
