  • 150 mlmilk
  • 20 gbutter
  • 1egg yolk

  • 1banana

    ripe

  • ¼ tspground ginger
  • ½ tspground turmeric
  • ½ tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tsphoney

Instructions

  1. Warm 150ml milk with 20g butter in a small saucepan until the butter melts.

  2. Mash 1 ripe banana in a mug and whisk in 1 egg yolk.

  3. Pour the warm milk-butter mixture into the mug while stirring, then add 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey.

  4. Stir well and sip warm.
