- 90 gpeanuts
- 1banana
- 2 tbspdate syrup
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
for rolling
Instructions
Blend 90g peanuts, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons date syrup to a sticky mass.
Chill in the freezer for 10- to firm up.
Grind 50g pumpkin seeds in a blender.
Shape the peanut mass into truffles and roll each in the ground seeds.
Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
