  • 200 gwalnuts

    rinsed and oven-toasted

  • 80 gdried cranberries
  • 150 gdates

Instructions

  1. Rinse 200g walnuts and toast them in the oven at 200°C for .

  2. Blend 150g of the walnuts coarsely; chop the remaining 50g finely for coating.

  3. Blend 150g dates and 80g dried cranberries to a paste and mix with the blended walnuts.

  4. Shape into small bites and roll each piece in the reserved chopped walnuts.

  5. Chill in the fridge or serve immediately.
