Ingredients

  • 150 gsunflower seeds

    toasted

  • 200 gpeanuts

    toasted

  • 65 mljerusalem artichoke syrup

    60-70 ml

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Toast sunflower seeds and grind until creamy.

  2. Toast peanuts and grind until creamy.

  3. Combine both pastes with syrup and shape into balls.

  4. Chill , then dip in melted dark chocolate if desired.

  5. Chill or freeze until the chocolate sets.
