Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 50 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 140 gprunes
  • 3 tbspcocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan.

  2. Blend 140g prunes to a paste.

  3. Combine the walnuts, prune paste and 3 tablespoons cocoa until a uniform mass forms.

  4. Shape into small round bites.

  5. Roll each bite in more cocoa powder and chill for before serving.
