Ingredients

  • 150 gpeanuts

    pan-toasted

  • 50 gsesame seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 200 gdates
  • 50 gwhite chocolate

    sugar-free, optional

Instructions

  1. Toast 150g peanuts in a dry pan and grind in a blender.

  2. Toast 50g sesame seeds and blend 200g dates to a paste.

  3. Mix the peanut meal with the date paste by hand (gloves help) until a sticky mass forms.

  4. Shape into rounds, roll them in the toasted sesame, then press dimples on top.

  5. Melt 50g sugar-free white chocolate and drizzle into the dimples; chill to set.
