- 150 gpeanuts

- 50 gsesame seeds

- 200 gdates
- 50 gwhite chocolate

Instructions
Toast 150g peanuts in a dry pan and grind in a blender.
Toast 50g sesame seeds and blend 200g dates to a paste.
Mix the peanut meal with the date paste by hand (gloves help) until a sticky mass forms.
Shape into rounds, roll them in the toasted sesame, then press dimples on top.
Melt 50g sugar-free white chocolate and drizzle into the dimples; chill to set.
