  • 100 gchia seeds
  • 150 mlhot water
  • 10 tbspdate syrup
  • 70 gcoconut flour

    or ground coconut flakes

  • coconut flakes

    for rolling

Instructions

  1. Soak 100g chia seeds in 150ml hot water for 10- until gelled.

  2. Stir in 10 tablespoons date syrup and 70g coconut flour until a firm mass forms.

  3. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

  4. Roll each ball in coconut flakes to coat evenly.

  5. Chill briefly and serve as a clean omega-rich treat.
