- 100 grolled oats
1 glass
- 2apples
grated
- 3eggs
- 1carrot
grated
- 1banana
mashed
- 80 gdried apricots
chopped
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
- 50 gsugar-free white chocolate
for decoration
- 30 gBrazil nuts
chopped
Instructions
Combine the oats with grated apple, carrot, mashed banana and chopped dried apricots.
Beat in the eggs with the baking powder and apple cider vinegar until foamy.
Pour into an oiled baking dish and level the surface.
Bake at 180°C for 25- until set and the top is golden.
Drizzle with melted sugar-free white chocolate and scatter chopped Brazil nuts over the top while warm.
