Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 125 gcashews

    soaked 4 hours or boiled 10 minutes

  • 200 gcoconut flakes

    divided between recipes and coating

  • 100 mlmaple syrup

    divided between recipes

  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 125 gricotta
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Recipe 1: soak 125g cashews for (or boil ), blend with 100g coconut flakes, 50ml maple syrup and 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice.

  2. Shape the cashew mixture into balls and roll generously in extra coconut flakes.

  3. Recipe 2: mix 100g coconut flakes with 125g ricotta, 50ml maple syrup and 1 tablespoon cocoa into a uniform mass.

  4. Oil your hands, shape the ricotta mixture into balls and roll in more coconut flakes.

  5. Chill both kinds in the fridge and arrange together in a gift box.
