Instructions

  1. Cake 1 (vegan apple): sauté 1 diced apple in a touch of coconut oil with 1 tablespoon date syrup, then set aside.

  2. Combine 100g almond flour, 50g coconut flakes, 7g baking powder, vanilla and salt with 1 blended banana and 2-3 tablespoons oat or coconut milk; pour into a greased form, top with walnuts, apples and cinnamon; bake at 180°C for 35-.

  3. Cake 2 (keto coconut): whisk 3 eggs with 150g coconut sugar.

  4. Add 250g coconut flakes and 250ml oat milk and rest the mixture for .

  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon baking powder, pour into a greased form, and bake at 170°C for 30-.
