  • 2eggs
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 50 mlsunflower oil
  • 30 gcoconut flakes
  • 160 gflour
  • 10 gvanilla sugar
  • 10 gbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

  2. Stir in milk, sunflower oil and coconut flakes.

  3. Sift in flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder; combine into a smooth batter.

  4. Grease the baking pan with butter and pour in the batter.

  5. Bake at 180-200 °C for 30- until golden.
