As of this week the picture is the familiar one. Local shelves are uneven. Online ordering works in most regions. Cost and shipping wait are the real friction rather than an outright shortage. There is no supply-shortage signal to report. The one regulatory note on record is a February 2024 recall of certain psyllium capsules. Keep it in proportion: that was a labeling correction, not a safety or contamination problem. The only action it asks is to read the label on what you buy.
